About The Role

The Product Manager at Project Healthy Minds is responsible for executing the organization's product roadmap, managing sprints, making data-driven decisions, and delivering features that enhance mental health outcomes. This role aims to streamline operations and ensure continuous progress. It is a full-time, in-office position.

  • Own sprint planning and delivery cadence using Linear, keeping engineering focused and accountable.
  • Identify low-effort, high-reward opportunities through analytics and user feedback.
  • Write and own PRDs for new features, ensuring they align with product leadership.
  • Partner with engineering and design to ship features quickly with minimal overhead.
  • Use modern AI tools to accelerate analysis, ticket creation, and documentation.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that provide actionable insights for the team and leadership.
  • Contribute to capacity planning and delivery forecasting for management visibility.

What You'll Bring

  • Product management experience in a fast-moving startup or early-stage environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to ship without extensive support structures.
  • Familiarity with healthcare, mental health, insurance, or marketplace domains (preferred).
  • Experience with or strong interest in using AI tools to accelerate product work.
  • Resourceful, low-ego, high-agency mindset.

Annual Salary Range

$130,000–$170,000, commensurate with experience and fit.
