About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our product team and help shape the future of our MDM platform. In this role, you will own a significant area of our product, working closely with engineering, design, pre-sales, customer success, and marketing to deliver capabilities that solve real enterprise data challenges.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of how enterprise customers use the Profisee platform across industries, company sizes, and use cases
- Conduct customer interviews, analyze support escalation patterns, and gather feedback from pre-sales and customer success teams to identify user needs and pain points
- Translate user research into actionable product requirements that address what customers actually need, not just what they say they want
- Champion the voice of the customer in product decisions, ensuring that features and capabilities are designed around real-world usage patterns

Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with enterprise software products
- Demonstrated ability to own a product area end-to-end, from discovery and strategy through delivery and iteration
- Experience working with agile engineering teams, including sprint planning, backlog management, and cross-functional coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to senior leadership
- A track record of conducting customer research and translating insights into product decisions that drive measurable outcomes
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments where you are expected to take ownership and drive clarity
- Experience with data management, data quality, analytics, or related enterprise data domains
Qualifications
- Experience with master data management (MDM), data governance, or data integration platforms
- Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem including Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or Dynamics
- Technical background or working knowledge of database concepts, SQL, APIs, and cloud architecture
- Prior experience supporting pre-sales or customer-facing engagements as part of the product role
- Experience working with global partner ecosystems including systems integrators and value-added resellers

Pay
Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
