Product Manager
Key Responsibilities
Own product value, viability, and P&L; formulate and track KPIs to drive strategy-aligned solutions.
Co-create, own, and promote product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and stakeholders.
Congduct user research, competitive analysis, and continuous user/stakeholder engagement to derive actionable insights.
Guide cross-functional teams (business, engineering, UX, delivery) to prioritize user/business needs and achieve outcomes over outputs.
Apply analytical skills, innovative/experimental approaches, and lean methods to solve complex problems and accelerate value.
Remove team obstacles, promote rapid learning/adaptation, drive process improvements to eliminate waste, and share best practices.
Build empowered teams with collective ownership using a product operating model focused on value.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years in lean product management or related roles.
- 3+ years in enterprise-scale environments across multiple business areas.
- Experience as Product Manager for enterprise applications and AI applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Proven leadership in modern lean product management (tools, methods, practices); accountable for product P&L and team outcomes.
- Experience delivering the right thing, right way, right time via lean solutions and rapid experimentation.
