About the role
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the evolution of our platform. This role will involve defining new features, prioritizing product improvements, and collaborating with engineering and customer-facing teams.
Responsibilities
- Own meaningful parts of the product roadmap and help shape future developments.
- Ship features that directly impact how advertisers, agencies, and publishers make decisions about millions of dollars in ad spend.
- Work directly with leadership, engineering, and customer-facing teams to turn real customer needs into product improvements.
- Identify opportunities, define features, and manage the product backlog.
- Prioritize initiatives across new features, client needs, and system reliability.
- Identify patterns in support tickets and product usage to surface high-impact improvements.
- Capture feedback from Sales and Customer Success and translate it into roadmap priorities.
- Manage the product backlog and planning boards to keep engineering focused on the highest-impact work.
- Write clear product specifications, epics, and tickets for new features.
- Define acceptance criteria and surface key product decisions so developers can execute efficiently.
- Work with engineering to break down larger initiatives into MVP releases and iterative improvements.
- Coordinate feature launches with Customer Success and Marketing, including documentation and client communication.
- Lead QA for new features and bug fixes to ensure releases work as intended and avoid unintended downstream impacts.
- Improve and organize help documentation and product education resources.
Requirements
- Experience managing and shipping software products in a SaaS environment.
- Ability to translate client feedback and internal insights into clear product requirements.
- Experience writing product specs, tickets, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong collaboration skills working with engineering, customer success, and marketing teams.
- Ability to prioritize across feature development, bug fixes, and reliability improvements.
- Comfort working with data-driven products or analytics platforms.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay
The expected base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experience, along with incentive compensation tied to performance metrics.
