Product Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a manufacturing environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $107,500 – $157,663 annually Responsibilities Develop and implement growth strategies for the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Align product portfolio management with Global Product Management Contribute to the creation of a multi-generational product plan Support and execute pricing strategy aligned with global standards Partner with Supply Chain and Procurement for optimal cost management Collaborate with sales teams to enhance bid success rates Manage backend product processes, coordinating on regulatory and supplier issues Assist in raw material and inventory management, shaping regional production strategy Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (Biology, Chemistry, Engineering) 7+ years of professional industrial experience, preferably in Applications, Sales, or Global Marketing Preference for candidates with both technical applications and sales experience Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with an analytic approach Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of motivating teams Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across teams Knowledge of marketing and pricing fundamentals and financial acumen Benefits Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision 401K plan Opportunities for professional growth and development A collaborative work culture in a remote environment Supportive of career transitions and diverse professional backgrounds Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
