Accountabilities
- Drive product initiatives from strategy through delivery, ensuring solutions align with customer needs and business objectives.
- Own roadmap execution, define priorities, and collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver impactful product experiences.
- Define product goals, customer needs, success metrics, KPIs, and business outcomes.
- Serve as a key product contact for cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, marketing, sales, support, customer success, legal, and partner teams.
- Translate customer and stakeholder feedback into clear requirements, user stories, personas, and feature improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and design teams in Agile/Scrum environments to support development and delivery.
- Manage product backlogs, prioritize enhancements, define trade-offs, and ensure timely execution of roadmap initiatives.
- Lead sprint planning activities, refinement sessions, reviews, and stakeholder communications.
- Create enablement materials, documentation, and training resources to support product adoption.
- Monitor product performance, customer utilization, and ecosystem health while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to business analysts and contribute to strong product management practices.
Requirements
- Combines product management expertise, technical fluency, and strong stakeholder leadership skills.
- Comfortable managing complex product initiatives, working with engineering teams, and making data-driven decisions in a fast-moving environment.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-phase product roadmaps for B2B SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of web platforms, APIs, cloud services, and enterprise software ecosystems.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Able to balance product strategy, execution priorities, customer needs, and technical constraints.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present product vision, priorities, and updates clearly.
- Analytical mindset with experience defining and using product metrics to guide decisions.
- Able to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and lead large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Experience with marketplaces, partner ecosystems, developer platforms, enterprise integrations, identity and access management, licensing models, or subscription-based products is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-powered product capabilities such as search, recommendations, or automation is beneficial.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Office 365, Microsoft Visio, Miro, Draw.io, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, Copilot, or Figma is a plus.
- Product Management certification, CPA, or MBA experience is considered an advantage.

- Competitive annual base salary ranging from $114,000 to $148,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, and location.
