About the role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager based in the United States. This role is ideal for a product professional passionate about creating impactful B2B SaaS solutions that improve learning and compliance experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategies by conducting customer discovery, analyzing opportunities, and aligning priorities with company objectives.
  • Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver solutions that are valuable, feasible, usable, and aligned with customer expectations.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize product opportunities using structured frameworks and data-driven insights.
  • Drive agile product delivery by promoting best practices, improving team collaboration, and increasing delivery effectiveness.
  • Use AI-powered tools for rapid prototyping, experimentation, and validation of product concepts.
  • Own go-to-market planning for new features and releases, working closely with marketing, sales, customer success, and support teams.
  • Develop internal enablement resources to ensure teams are prepared to support new product capabilities.
  • Participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, and webinars to communicate product vision and gather valuable feedback.
  • Translate customer insights into actionable product improvements and long-term roadmap decisions.
  • Collaborate effectively with distributed global teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in product management roles, preferably within B2B SaaS products.
  • Proven ability to define product strategies and manage products through discovery, development, launch, and optimization.
  • Strong experience implementing Agile methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to use AI tools to quickly create low- and high-fidelity prototypes and validate product ideas.
  • Experience with product management and software delivery platforms such as Aha!, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Track record of coordinating go-to-market activities, sales enablement, and internal product training.
  • Experience leading customer discovery sessions, product demos, and webinars.
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to collaborate effectively within global virtual teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data and customer insights to guide decisions.
