Responsibilities
- Translate customer needs and market insights into clear product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritized initiatives.
- Lead discovery efforts—interviewing customers, analyzing workflows, reviewing usage data, and synthesizing feedback into actionable opportunities.
- Write crisp, detailed product requirements and partner closely with Engineering, QA, and Design to bring solutions to life.
- Balance customer impact, technical feasibility, and business priorities to make thoughtful trade-offs and keep teams focused on the highest-value work.
- Define success metrics for your product areas and monitor performance post-launch to drive continuous improvement.
- Analyze usage data, market trends, and competitive dynamics to inform roadmap decisions.
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to support feature launches and ensure smooth adoption.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for your product line—clearly communicating strategy, scope, and priorities across the organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Management experience in an entrepreneurial, early stage start-up environment, ideally in SaaS/Cloud software.
- Strong understanding of product management and agile principles.
- Experience building a strategic roadmap, getting stakeholder buy-in, and driving major product initiatives from conception to launch.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with a "roll up the sleeves" attitude.
- Customer-first mindset, focused on empathizing with customers’ problems and aligning the team around their use cases.
- Creative problem solving skills, ability to work with ambiguity, and manage multiple problem areas in parallel.
- Focus on outcomes over outputs, setting meaningful goals for your team aligned with company objectives.
- Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills. You focus on the “why” and share the right level of context whether you’re talking to your engineering team, a customer, or an executive.
- A desire to continuously learn, grow and improve and encourage others around them to do the same.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Knowledge of SaaS/Cloud platforms and technologies.
- Experience with product management tools like Marketo, Pardot, etc.

Pay
The compensation range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000. Actual compensation will be determined through a variety of factors including the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
