What You’ll Do
- Drive advanced control and digital modernization solutions for commercial nuclear plants.
- Serve as the commercial and technical linchpin—bridging business stakeholders, engineering teams, and customers to execute highly complex I&C initiatives.
- Own annual product line order intake, operating income, and revenue targets for North American accounts.
- Act as the primary interface for clients, leading sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Manage cost estimates and contract amendments to ensure every deal meets targeted profit margins.
- Identify, track, and close new sales orders while recommending process optimizations.
- Define the technical roadmap and business cases for complex Safety and Operational nuclear I&C solutions (meeting strict regulatory, cybersecurity, and operational standards).
- Develop economic scenarios to validate key business decisions for top management.
- Share technical and sales insights to elevate the competency of the broader business team.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers
- Ability to change priorities quickly, confront issues directly and work well as part of a team
- Skilled in building trust, listening actively, and tailoring messages to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and technical proposal software
- Confident in navigating complex sales cycles and securing long-term contracts
- Ability to anticipate client needs based on evolving energy strategies and infrastructure investments
Total Rewards Package
- Salary: $133,000-$181,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses.
