Product Manager

About the role

At FL3XX, we build software for business aviation operators around the world. Our platform supports mission-critical workflows across flight operations, crew, aircraft, dispatch, compliance, billing, reporting, and integrations. We’re looking for a Business Analyst / Product Manager who understands how to turn complex operational needs into clear, practical software solutions. Aviation knowledge is welcome, but not required. What matters most is strong experience in software product development, business analysis, and working with engineering teams to deliver high-quality SaaS products.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers and internal teams to understand business needs and operational workflows.
• Translate requirements into clear specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, Design, Customer Success, and Leadership.
• Help prioritize product initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Support features from discovery through delivery and release.
• Validate solutions through feedback, testing, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in a software company.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products and modern software development processes.
• Ability to analyze complex workflows and convert them into simple, usable product requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Structured thinking, attention to detail, and strong ownership.
• Confidence working in an international, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Nice to have:
• Aviation or operational software experience.
• Experience with B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, reporting, or data-heavy products.
