About The Role
The role drives the product lifecycle for a core platform area, translating complex business objectives and user needs into a concrete product strategy and structured roadmap. Operating at the intersection of engineering, design, and analytics, the product manager leads cross-functional teams to build and scale high-impact digital experiences. The product manager owns execution from discovery to launch, prioritizing a backlog of complex technical requirements and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. Success in this role requires a balance of analytical rigor, technical curiosity, and strong user empathy to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, communicate, and execute the product vision and quarterly roadmaps based on customer feedback, market research, and analytical insights
- Translate high-level product strategies into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira or similar agile tools
- Partner closely with engineering, UX design, and data science teams to deliver new features in iterative sprints, maintaining a high velocity of quality releases
- Establish, track, and report on key product performance indicators (KPIs) and conversion metrics using analytics platforms like Amplitude or Mixpanel
- Lead product discovery and user research initiatives to identify product-market fit, friction points, and opportunities for continuous optimization
- Manage stakeholder expectations across marketing, sales, and executive teams, ensuring smooth alignment on product launches and go-to-market strategies
What We Are Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in product management, specifically delivering SaaS or web-based software products in an agile environment
- Proven track record of launching end-to-end features and managing products throughout their entire lifecycle from conception to launch
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using SQL, Tableau, Amplitude, or similar tools for data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Bonus: Experience with API product design, B2B enterprise software, or holding an active Scrum Product Owner certification
