About The Role

The role drives the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for core platform APIs and developer tools, bridging the gap between highly technical engineering teams and enterprise business requirements. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with software architects, data engineers, and security teams to build scalable, high-throughput systems that power developer integrations. This position requires a deep understanding of api design, system architecture, and modern cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the multi-quarter product roadmap for API platforms and developer tooling, aligning technical initiatives with broader business objectives
  • Author comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs) and maintain a prioritized, technical backlog of user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with engineering leadership to evaluate architectural trade-offs, scope complexity, and manage cross-functional dependencies across sprint cycles
  • Establish, measure, and report on key product performance indicators (KPIs) such as API latency, developer activation rates, and platform uptime
  • Gather feedback directly from enterprise developers and technical partners through structured interviews, usability sessions, and product telemetry data
  • Partner with developer relations and product marketing to produce high-quality documentation, SDKs, and onboarding guides for external developer communities

What We Are Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in product management, technical product management, or software engineering within a SaaS or platform-driven technology environment
  • Strong technical fluency with a solid understanding of RESTful APIs, gRPC, microservices architectures, and SQL/NoSQL databases
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional developer products or system-to-system integrations from conception to launch
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts and business value to both engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical technical experience
  • Bonus: Experience with AWS or GCP cloud infrastructure, API gateways (Apigee, Kong), and hands-on coding experience in Python, Go, or Java
