Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product portfolio strategy aligned with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives in cardiovascular and structural heart segments.
- Define and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining strong competitive positioning.
- Leverage market feedback and performance data to continuously optimize offerings throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Marketing to ensure alignment and successful execution of product strategies.
- Support and influence manufacturing processes across extrusion, molding, assembly, and finished device production, ensuring quality, efficiency, and scalability.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, including customer insights, competitive benchmarking, and identification of emerging trends to guide strategic decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert to support sales teams with technical and product insights, driving revenue growth and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of product management experience in the medical device industry, ideally in cardiovascular or catheter-based solutions.
- Proven experience in a CDMO environment with exposure to extrusion, molding, assembly, and/or finished devices.
- Strong understanding of product portfolio management, pricing strategies, and commercial drivers.
- Solid knowledge of medical device regulatory frameworks and quality standards.
- Highly analytical with the ability to translate market data into actionable strategies.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in a cross-functional, global environment.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with standard business hours.
