About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our product team located in our Fort Worth, Texas location.
Responsibilities
- Owns end-to-end accountability for a low to moderately complex product or a significant or complex feature of a product.
- Drives performance against KPIs (financial and non-financial).
- Guides product management and development teams on customer needs and expected outcomes.
- Manages delivery in line with product priorities with the Product Development team.
- Engages with other key stakeholders across the business to ensure product/feature success.
- Develops and manages the product/feature roadmap.
- Evaluates product/feature performance and solicits feedback, integrating the voice of the customer into the product/feature and roadmap.
- Engages regularly with the Product Development team to guide the PD team and make sure business needs are being conveyed / met.
- Collaborates with the Product Development team for the roll out / release of a feature.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in team development and motivation.
- Financial acumen.
- Track record in product development and product lifecycle management for multiple products lines.
- Knowledge of major product lines and potential applications.
- Experience developing, presenting, and launching product lines.
- Technical understanding of product and customer requirements.
- Experience with collecting quantitative product data and metrics to understand user behavior and discover/evaluate product opportunities.
- Ability to perform quality assurance controls on product to drive product evolution.
Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications: Education and Experience - Bachelors degree and 2 years of related experience or HS/GED degree and 6 years of experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Education - Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business Management, Experience - 4 years experience in Product Management.
