Product Manager

About the role

On the Product team, you’ll own the roadmap for a major product area and partner with customers and internal teams to deliver features that make Decagon's platform powerful, flexible, and enterprise-ready. Your work might include:

• Designing AI-powered features that turn raw conversation data into instant, actionable insights for customers.
• Building intelligent systems that give enterprises precise control over how their agents learn, adapt, and deploy in production.
• Creating self-serve configuration experiences that feel effortless — powered by real-time AI guidance and automation.
• Expanding the platform's reach by connecting AI agents to live data streams, tools, and APIs that unlock new use cases.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with customers to uncover new ways AI can transform their workflows, unlock automation, and elevate customer experience.
• Translate breakthrough ideas into clear product specs, then partner with engineering and design to bring them to life.

Requirements

• Have 6+ years of relevant experience (e.g., product manager, founder, engineer, researcher etc.).
• Strong technical acumen — comfortable discussing APIs, data models, and architecture with engineers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of shipping impactful features in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• A Computer Science, Engineering, or Math degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Previous startup or high-growth company experience.

Skills

• Comfortable discussing APIs, data models, and architecture with engineers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of shipping impactful features in fast-paced environments.

Pay

$232K – $290K + Offers Equity
