Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product delivery aligns with user requirements and timelines
- Translate product requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on solutions to improve user experience and business outcomes
- Lead product launches, working closely with marketing, sales, and customer support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA a plus)
- 3+ years of experience in product management or related roles
- Prior experience leading technical initiatives—such as system integrations or API development—is preferred, though not required
- Proven success in delivering customer-facing software products
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and analytically
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies
- Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Figma, or similar
