Position

The ideal candidate brings strong, foundational product management experience with a proven track record of delivering complex software solutions. Experience in mission-critical environments is helpful, but exceptional product sense and user empathy are our top priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap and help shape product direction for emergency response and incident management solutions.
  • Lead product discovery with customers, internal users, and stakeholders, synthesizing qualitative feedback and quantitative data to identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Balance customer needs, operational realities, regulatory considerations, scalability, and technical feasibility.
  • Drive product decisions using customer insights, operational data, and market analysis.
  • Translate user needs and business goals into clear product requirements, user stories, and success criteria.
  • Build a deep understanding of our users' complex operational and response environments.
  • Persistently partner closely with Engineering and Product Design to deliver mission-critical capabilities and user-centered experiences.
  • Drive prioritization decisions based on customer impact, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.
  • Communicate product direction, tradeoffs, and progress clearly to stakeholders across Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations.
  • Define and track product success metrics, using insights to guide iteration and continuous improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination for product releases and launches, ensuring successful rollout and adoption across customer and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong focus on building and scaling software products.
  • Prior proven track record of managing complex software systems from discovery through delivery.
  • Prior exposure to incident management, public safety, or mission-critical systems is a bonus, but not a requirement.
  • Familiarity with products that integrate software and physical systems, with the ability to reason through technical and operational constraints.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with Engineering and Product Design to deliver high-quality, user-centered software solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to decompose ambiguous problems into clear product decisions and outcomes.
  • Comfort operating in a high-growth environment with evolving priorities and imperfect information.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate priorities, tradeoffs, and product direction.
  • Data-informed approach to roadmap planning, prioritization, and iteration.

What’s in it for you?

  • Remote first work environment; we offer workplace flexibility.
  • Participation in company wide discretionary bonus.
  • Fifteen days of PTO plus twelve company holidays.
  • Twelve days of paid Sick Leave and one floating holiday.
