Responsibilities

  • Support Product Vision & Strategy: Assist in developing the roadmap for AI-powered features aimed at improving clinical trial operations. Contribute to ensuring the roadmap stays aligned with company goals, using expert feedback and initial data analysis to suggest improvements to the product experience.
  • Manage Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication between Engineering, Design, Product and Clinical teams to help deliver features on time. Coordinate with Marketing and Sales to ensure promotional materials and sales efforts align with product updates.
  • Champion Customer Focus: Gather and organize all customer feedback and ensure high-quality experience by flagging usability issues for review.
  • Analyze Product Performance: Monitor and report on key KPIs by gathering and prioritizing customer feedback for product iteration.
  • Conduct Market Research: Perform competitive analysis and synthesize data from customer interviews/surveys into actionable insights for the team.
  • Adapt to Change: Work effectively in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift. Take initiative to address blockers and complete tasks, even when the path forward isn't perfectly clear.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in Product Management, a technical role, business analysis, or a strategic function
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a proven track record of data-driven decision-making
  • An outstanding academic record is required
  • Must be fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated excellence in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and cross-functional communication
  • Experience working in clinical research is highly preferable
