About the role

Barti is a venture-backed startup dedicated to transforming the future of eye care through AI-powered software. The company focuses on improving documentation, operational efficiency, and patient care for eye care practices. Recently, Barti secured a Series A funding round and is expanding rapidly as more practices adopt its platform to replace traditional, outdated systems.

What You'll Do

• Shape platform-wide product strategy and oversee feature rollouts.
• Engage directly with users to understand their needs and challenges.
• Create detailed product specs, user stories, and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop and deploy innovative features.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring smooth launches and user adoption.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or startup context.
• A proven track record of successfully launching products and features.
• A deep understanding of user needs and a commitment to creating user-centric solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working across departments.
• A collaborative mindset, clear about responsibilities, and adept at addressing alignment issues.
• A highly organized and detail-oriented approach to work.
• The ability to quickly learn new tools and adapt to changing processes.
• Experience in HealthTech, particularly with EHR, EMR, or practice management software.
• Experience working with small businesses.
• An interest in scaling the product organization and contributing to its growth.
