What You'll Do
- Shape platform-wide product strategy and oversee feature rollouts.
- Engage directly with users to understand their needs and challenges.
- Create detailed product specs, user stories, and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop and deploy innovative features.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring smooth launches and user adoption.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or startup context.
- A proven track record of successfully launching products and features.
- A deep understanding of user needs and a commitment to creating user-centric solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working across departments.
- A collaborative mindset, clear about responsibilities, and adept at addressing alignment issues.
- A highly organized and detail-oriented approach to work.
- The ability to quickly learn new tools and adapt to changing processes.
- Experience in HealthTech, particularly with EHR, EMR, or practice management software.
- Experience working with small businesses.
- An interest in scaling the product organization and contributing to its growth.
