Product Manager
About the role
The Senior Product Manager will lead the delivery and evolution of connected operational products, focusing on a high-profile IoT-enabled modernization initiative involving smart waste management technology and custodial operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead product delivery for a large-scale IoT-enabled smart waste management program.
- Drive onboarding of connected devices into company's connected products ecosystem.
- Define and deliver solutions that ingest, transform, and operationalize data generated from smart devices.
- Partner with engineering teams to integrate smart device telemetry into enterprise platforms.
- Develop automated task management workflows that improve custodial operations and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with operational business stakeholders to modernize field workflows through mobile applications and automation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Demonstrated success delivering and launching complex technology products.
- Experience managing product roadmaps and product backlogs.
- Strong requirements gathering and user story development experience.
- Experience working in highly cross-functional environments.
- Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience partnering with engineering, design, and business teams.
- Proficiency with Agile product management practices.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Product management experience supporting IoT-enabled products.
- Experience with sensor networks, connected devices, or operational technology platforms.
- Experience with mobile application product management.
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise data ecosystems.
- Experience performing basic data analysis and writing SQL queries.
- Experience building products that leverage operational, behavioral, or sensor-generated data.
- Experience with asset tracking, location-aware solutions, inventory systems, or smart infrastructure products.
- Experience delivering products supporting field operations, logistics, facilities, or operational workflows.
