Product Manager, Associate – Business Finance Technology
About the Role
This role is responsible for leading and executing product and project workstreams across a varied set of stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on engineering-aligned solution delivery. You will partner closely with Finance and Operations teams across the firm – including Real Estate and Private Equity – to design and implement scalable, code-driven solutions that automate complex business processes and calculation models. All projects are prioritized and selected to achieve measurable operational efficiencies and contribute to our stakeholders' technology strategy.

- Design, build, and implement solutions leveraging the most appropriate technologies (e.g., Python, SQL, cloud-based services)
- Contribute to solution architecture discussions, including trade-offs across performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Manage project delivery – define milestones, track progress, and provide clear updates to stakeholders
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) with a focus on validating logic, data integrity, and system behavior
- Oversee data migration, reconciliation, and validation, ensuring accuracy and auditability of outputs
