Product Manager (Associate)

About the role

The Associate Product Manager supports the management of Commercial and Gate Operator product lines throughout their lifecycle, contributing to strategic and tactical activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with product development, launch, and improvements
• Handle daily customer support, quality issues, and service inquiries
• Collaborate with sales, manufacturing, engineering, and cross-functional teams to develop training materials, technical documentation, and sales collateral
• Conduct market and competitive research to inform product strategy
• Support new product introductions and manage product-related communications such as ECOs and PIBs
• Support trade show preparations and customer events
• Collaborate on pricing within business systems like Oracle and JDE

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred experience

• Internships or work in product management
• Familiarity with digital and AI tools
• Exposure to manufacturing or industrial industries

Moderate travel required. Emphasis on proactive ownership, collaboration, and leveraging modern digital tools to enhance productivity and decision-making.
