Product Manager (All Levels)

About the role

The Position: Our roster has an opening with your name on it. We are always looking for exceptional Product Managers to join the FanDuel Sports (Sportsbook & Predictions) product organization. This role sits on our Customer Experience team.

Game Plan

• Product Ownership & Delivery: Own the delivery of product outcomes, partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, marketing, and operations, and communicate progress, outcomes, and learnings clearly to stakeholders.
• Customer Insight & Discovery: Represent the voice of the customer through research, VOC, and competitive analysis, and lead discovery and experimentation.
• Strategy & Outcomes: Define a clear product direction and success metrics, track and report objectively on performance, and recommend pivots grounded in data and evidence.
• Collaboration & Communication: Build and maintain domain expertise on the product, market, and competitive landscape.

Stats

• What We're Looking For: A track record of shipping successful, impactful products, hands-on fluency with modern product practices and experimentation, strong quantitative and analytical skills, exceptional written and verbal communication, deep customer empathy, and a commitment to evidence-based decision making.
• Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in product management or a closely related role to start. Experience coaching or managing other PMs is preferred for Lead roles.
• Nice to Have: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in sports betting, iGaming, or another fast-moving, regulated consumer technology domain.
