About the role

Our client builds enterprise-grade AI solutions that enable businesses to automate complex decision-making and deliver personalized customer experiences at scale. This organisation focuses on combining large language models, orchestration layers, and real-time data pipelines to create adaptive, agentic systems for B2B customers in digital commerce, financial services, and customer engagement.

The Founding Product Manager for Agentic AI & Personalization will define and deliver a new platform that embeds autonomous agents into personalized customer journeys. This role requires end-to-end ownership from discovery through launch and commercialization, with responsibility for product strategy, roadmap prioritization, customer validation, and performance metrics. Success will be measured by secure, scalable deployments, enterprise adoption rates, revenue from pilots, and demonstrable impact on customer KPIs such as conversion lift and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Set product vision and roadmap for an agentic AI personalization platform.
  • Lead enterprise customer discovery and pilot programs to validate value propositions.
  • Specify integration patterns, APIs, SDKs and real-time data requirements.
  • Define agent boundaries, human-in-the-loop controls and safety guardrails.
  • Align cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade systems and integrations.
  • Translate business outcomes into measurable product success metrics.
  • Partner with GTM teams to convert pilots into commercial contracts and revenue.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience, including 0→1 B2B SaaS launches.
  • Track record in technical product roles interfacing with enterprise customers.
  • Experience with ML/AI products, data infrastructure or real-time systems.
  • Strong technical fluency; comfort with APIs, SDKs and system architecture trade-offs.
  • Demonstrated ability to run customer discovery, pilot programs and iterate rapidly.
  • Excellent stakeholder management with cross-functional and executive partners.
  • Degree in a technical or quantitative field preferred.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary with equity participation aligned to mission-critical impact.
  • Comprehensive health, dental and vision plans tailored for U.S.-based employees.
  • Flexible hybrid work model with regular on-site collaboration in New York City.
  • Generous paid time off and focused personal development budget.
  • Access to advanced AI tooling, training and conference allowances.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and willing to be on-site in New York City multiple days per week. This organisation values measurable outcomes and technical rigor and seeks leaders who can operate at the intersection of product, engineering and commercial teams to take a mission-critical AI product from concept to revenue.
