Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product roadmap for AI-powered HR solutions.
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Employee Experience, and Shared Services teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Translate business needs into prioritized backlogs, user stories, and measurable outcomes.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for productivity, service delivery, employee experience, and operational efficiency.
- Identify and evaluate agent-based use cases including employee self-service, HR case management, knowledge retrieval, workforce planning, recruiting support, and learning and career pathing.
- Design AI-assisted workflows leveraging Workday, ServiceNow, and enterprise knowledge systems.
- Define guardrails, governance requirements, and escalation paths for AI agents.
- Serve as the liaison between HR business leaders, AI engineering teams, and enterprise technology groups.
- Facilitate discovery workshops and solution design sessions.
- Drive alignment across product, architecture, security, compliance, and HR operations teams.
- Own backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
- Partner with AI engineers to prototype and validate solutions.
- Ensure delivered capabilities align with business goals and enterprise architecture standards.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management experience.
- 3+ years supporting HR Technology platforms.
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, HR Operations, and Employee Experience Platforms.
- Experience delivering AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Preferred: Experience with Agentic AI architectures.
- Preferred: Experience with Claude, OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, or similar LLM platforms.
- Preferred: Knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, AI governance, and workflow orchestration.
- Preferred: Experience with HR Service Delivery and Employee Experience programs.
- Preferred: Experience building business cases and ROI models for AI investments.
