Position Summary
Qnity is seeking a Product Manager – Advanced Packaging Polymer to lead the growth, profitability, and strategic direction of our advanced polymer portfolio supporting next-generation semiconductor packaging applications. This highly visible role will drive product strategy, pricing, commercialization, customer engagement, and cross-functional execution while partnering closely with R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams.
What You Will Do
- Own product portfolio performance, including revenue, profitability, market share, and growth.
- Develop pricing strategies, forecasts, annual operating plans, and product roadmaps.
- Manage product lifecycle activities, including product launches, portfolio optimization, and product rationalization.
- Drive commercialization efforts and support customer qualifications for new products.
- Partner with procurement, manufacturing, quality, finance, and R&D teams to support supply continuity and business objectives.
- Develop business cases and identify new growth opportunities within the semiconductor packaging market.
- Monitor market trends, customer roadmaps, competitive activity, and emerging technologies.
- Engage with customers, foundries, OSATs, and industry partners to understand future requirements and market needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve product, supply, quality, and customer-related challenges.
- Present business updates, product strategies, and growth plans to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Chemistry, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience in the semiconductor, advanced packaging, electronics, or specialty materials industry.
- 2+ years of product management, product line management, strategic marketing, business development, or commercial experience.
- Experience managing product portfolios, pricing, forecasting, and business performance.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Experience with polyimide (PI), PBO, advanced packaging materials, underfills, dielectric materials, or semiconductor adhesives.
- Knowledge of fan-out packaging, 2.5D/3D packaging, chiplet architectures, or AI/HPC applications.
- Experience managing product roadmaps, commercialization programs, and product P&L.
- Familiarity with semiconductor foundries, OSATs, substrate suppliers, and related ecosystem partners.
- Experience working within a global organization.
