About the role

Allus AI is a pioneering AI company building next-generation products where the founders are now ready to scale their vision by hiring their first dedicated Product Manager.

• Founding PM opportunity: You aren't inheriting a playbook; you are building the product management discipline, rituals, and roadmap strategy for Allus AI from the ground up.
• Direct founder partnership: Work side-by-side with the founders to translate their original vision into a scalable product strategy while owning a full product area end-to-end.
• High-impact AI innovation: Lead zero-to-one product development in the AI space, specifically targeting technical end users and industrial systems where software meets hardware.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery by conducting rigorous customer research and translating insights into a prioritized, high-impact roadmap for the engineering and design teams.
• Establish foundational product rituals and communication standards, defining how the company sets priorities, measures feature performance, and updates stakeholders on progress.
• Drive measurable business outcomes by shipping features and validating their success through clear metrics such as ARR impact, user activation, and long-term retention lift.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience with a proven track record of taking AI products from initial concept to first customers.
• Exceptional discovery skills and the ability to operate independently in a remote environment, ideally with experience managing technical developer tools or industrial IoT systems.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to cite specific examples of where your product decisions directly resulted in significant revenue growth or customer retention improvements.
