Product Management Manager - Bank

Responsibilities

• Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with bank priorities
• Interpret performance outcomes to guide product or sales forecasting
• Serve as a product subject matter expert, collaborating with partners to provide strategic recommendations
• Analyze product performance for enhancements and lead development initiatives
• Train and educate teams on products and services, including new offerings
• Conduct market research on trends and transaction data for assigned products
• Assist in crafting, editing, and distributing product communications
• Cook up with legal and compliance teams to ensure product adherence to regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Statistics; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
• 4 years of relevant industry experience in Actuary, Underwriting, Marketing, Sales and Service, Finance/Accounting Operations, or Financial Services
• 2 years of product management or financial analysis experience, with a focus on managing product performance
• Experience using data visualization tools like Tableau and collaborating with data teams
• Proven experience in creating product briefings for executive leadership
• Skilled in market research to inform product decisions
• Familiarity with banking laws, regulations, and compliance requirements

Pay

$114,080 – $218,030 annually
