About the role

We're seeking a Product Management Lead to head the Data Activation pillar. This is a senior leadership role within the Data & Analytics group, reporting into the CTO organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10+ years of experience in product management or related technical leadership roles, ideally within data, platform, or developer ecosystems
  • 5+ years of experience managing product teams and leading cross-disciplinary groups
  • Proven experience launching and scaling API or data platform products serving developers, analysts, or AI/ML practitioners
  • Strong understanding of data systems, APIs, and developer workflows, including knowledge of query languages and programmatic data access patterns
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex data and infrastructure capabilities into intuitive user-facing solutions
  • A track record of customer-centric product thinking and delivering outcomes that drive measurable impact
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align technical and business stakeholders around a shared vision

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a technical or business-related field
  • Experience building or scaling developer platforms or ecosystems
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools, APIs, and applied data products
  • Demonstrable knowledge of financial markets
  • Deep curiosity about how data, AI, and APIs combine to unlock new possibilities for customers and the broader developer community

Benefits

Salary Range: $235,000 - $350,000 USD Annual + Benefits + Bonus

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
