About the role

The Data Product Operations Lead will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, ensuring they meet business needs and technical standards. This includes managing data pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and maintenance of robust data pipelines and workflows
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to ensure data quality and integrity
• Develop and maintain operational processes for data management and governance
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices
• Support the implementation of new data products and features
• Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve data product operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data operations, data engineering, or a similar role
• Experience with data pipeline management tools and technologies (e.g., Apache Airflow, Kubernetes)
• Strong understanding of data privacy laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in SQL and Python

Pay

Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually
