HybridContract

Location: Beaverton, OR | Duration: 6 months | Hybrid: Monday–Thursday onsite, Friday remote

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for AI-assisted wholesale solutions on Client.net, our wholesale digital platform where sales teams and wholesale accounts plan, build, and place orders each season. You will help redesign part of the application, sit on the Partners in Sports Marketing Product Management team, and navigate a complex matrix environment — working closely with teams outside the core group, influencing others, and ensuring all parts of the puzzle fit together.

Degree preferred, not a hard requirement. Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in a technical product management role.

Who you'll work with

You'll join the Client.net product team. Day to day, you'll work with Engineering squads, UX and Design, and Data Science to shape and ship the product. You'll also partner closely with Sales, Merchandising, and Planning teams, whose decisions shape what product each account can buy, and work alongside other Client.net Product Managers to manage dependencies across the platform.

Who we are looking for

A strategic thinker, an execution-driven leader, and a strong advocate for building enterprise-grade platforms that scale. You are as comfortable defining a long-term product vision as you are rolling up your sleeves to unblock a squad on delivery. You do your best work where business, technology, and user needs meet, and you know how to turn ambiguity into clear, actionable roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training
  • At least 8–10 years of product management experience with demonstrated ability to lead an end-to-end product or platform vision and a multi-year roadmap with Engineering teams and business partners
  • Experience building B2B commerce, order management, or enterprise sales tools used by internal sales teams or business customers
  • Hands-on experience shipping AI/ML-powered product features (e.g., recommendations, forecasting, decision support), including framing the problem, defining success metrics, and working with Data Science on model inputs and tradeoffs
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs, outcomes, and value, and keeping roadmaps aligned to them
  • Experience building roadmaps that account for dependencies across functional areas and domains, including technical enablement work as part of platform strategy
  • Experience on Agile teams following Scrum, using JIRA, and running day-to-day product activities (Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Planning, and Review)
  • Experience with communications, senior management reporting, and business presentations
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment, on both global and country-specific solutions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and AI concepts to sales and business audiences
  • Proven ability to adapt to new technologies, tools, processes, changing needs, and ambiguity

Preferred qualifications

  • Familiarity with Wholesale Sell-In, seasonal ordering, or retail assortment and merchandising processes
  • Experience designing human-in-the-loop AI workflows, where users review, adjust, and approve system recommendations
  • B2B experience
  • Previous experience delivering LLM products/tools
  • Ability to work in an AI workflow environment

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for AI-assisted wholesale solutions on Client.net, from discovery through delivery
  • Own delivery of feature changes end to end that significantly affect core parts of the Client.net platform
  • Assess the business impact of different solutions and weigh tradeoffs between business and customer needs, technology requirements, and cost
  • Run structured brainstorming and discovery sessions with Sales, accounts, and cross-functional partners to generate and prioritize product improvements
  • Define success metrics and outcome targets (e.g., time saved, plan accuracy, bookings impact) and report progress to senior leadership
  • Partner with Engineering and Data Science to ship AI capabilities responsibly, including model inputs, explainability for users, and feedback loops that improve recommendations over time
  • Work with other Client.net product teams to ensure recommendations connect cleanly to order entry, checkout, and downstream planning systems
