Product Management Lead

About the role

As a Product Management Lead at Honeywell, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of product initiatives, driving innovation and market success. You will align product development with customer needs and business goals, delivering impactful solutions that enhance our competitive edge. Reporting to senior leadership, this hybrid role is based in Pittsford, NY or Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Manage integration platforms, including external cloud integrations with partner products and internal integrations with OnGuard, NetBox, and intrusion systems
• Drive API build-out and monetization strategies
• Oversee partner program testing, certification, and partner-by-partner integrations
• Lead BA integrations across Forge, RBM, Fire, BMS, and HBS platforms
• Define and scope HON ontology and marketplace management
• Develop and execute the billing platform (Zoura) roadmap in collaboration with IT
• Develop and implement product strategies aligned with business objectives and market demands
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive product development, launch, and lifecycle management
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product management with a proven track record of leading successful product initiatives
• Strong expertise in market analysis, product lifecycle management, and strategic planning
• Proficiency with product management tools and methodologies relevant to the role
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver market-driven products
• Deep technical understanding of cloud APIs and integrations
