Key Responsibilities
- Drive the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for agentic experiences
- Design and deliver AI-native products (agents, copilots, human-in-the-loop workflows) that are production-grade
- Enforce trust and governance with hard limits, output verification, and auditability
- Own activation, onboarding, and habitual use of AI products; drive adoption and growth
- Conduct continuous customer discovery (interviews, workshops, visits)
- Develop deep expertise in agentic AI, DFIR, and competitive landscape
- Navigate priorities, clarify ambiguity, and align teams
- Communicate results to executives and cross-functional partners
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, data science, and GTM teams
Required Qualifications
- Agentic AI experience (required)
- Ai-native operator (required)
- Experience: 7–10 years in product management (enterprise SaaS) with AI/ML product work
- Demonstrated ability to drive adoption, activation, and retention
- Data-driven: fluent with analytics and experimentation
- Skilled in continuous discovery (Jobs To Be Done, opportunity-solution mapping)
- Technical acumen to partner on AI system design
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ownership mindset and cross-functional influence
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in digital forensics, incident response, cybersecurity, or regulated domains
- Hands-on experience with AI tooling (LLM orchestration, RAG, agent frameworks)
- Familiarity with AI governance, safety, or responsible AI practices
- Experience with frameworks like Pragmatic Marketing, Design Thinking, Continuous Discovery
- Comfort building prototypes with AI app builders
- Agile development and familiarity with Jira, Aha, Amplitude
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range (annual): $175,000–$225,000 (CAD) or $150,000–$200,000 (USD)
