Lead Product Manager, AI Platform

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Product Manager, AI Platform to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will own the strategy and evolution of a core AI platform, with a focus on delivering scalable capabilities that support business priorities. You will partner closely with engineering, leadership, and business stakeholders to define the roadmap, shape platform experience, and drive measurable adoption. The position calls for strong technical fluency, a data-driven approach, and the ability to lead cross-functional alignment in a fast-moving environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the platform roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Treat platform users as customers, enhancing their experience with AI integration
• Manage the entire delivery process from intake to launch, balancing speed, scale, and reliability
• Establish metrics for platform health and user adoption, and drive improvements in these areas
• Align leadership, engineering, and business teams on priorities and project narratives

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, with a focus on platform ownership and scaling
• Proven track record of taking a platform from early to mature stages, demonstrating impact through shipped products
• Strong technical fluency, capable of engaging with engineering on architecture and APIs
• Data-driven decision-making skills, using product usage data for prioritization and measurement
• Exceptional prioritization and communication skills, able to align stakeholders and drive consensus
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and influencing without direct authority

Pay

$139,000 – $176,700 annually
