Product Line Manager - Men's Apparel [AQ-10739]
About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support a core product management team. This hands-on position blends essential operational support with exciting exposure to the intricate world of product development. You will play a critical role in ensuring that product samples are meticulously managed and line plans are accurately coordinated, directly enabling key decision-making processes. Your contributions will provide the operational backbone that allows creative and strategic visions to materialize, offering you a unique vantage point into how groundbreaking products are brought to market.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize product samples throughout the development process, including tracking, hanging, labeling, and secure storage.
- Maintain and update collection visual line plans and associated tools within internal systems.
- Provide essential team support with data entry, chart updates, and general line plan administration.
- Cook up and coordinate effectively with cross-functional partners on sample requests, feedback collection, and timely delivery.
- Learn about product creation, color development, and technical product specifications, expanding your expertise in the field.
- Contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced environment where adaptability and proactive problem-solving are key.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in office management, sample coordination, or other related operational roles.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, ideally in retail, product management, or merchandising, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong organizational capabilities.
- Comfort with systems management and the ability to efficiently update charts and line plans in internal platforms.
- Genuine enthusiasm for product, consumer culture, or the industry our client serves.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities in a hands-on capacity.
Nice to have
- Experience in or knowledge of consumer product development.
- An interest in learning about color design, technical development, or product specifications.
- Previous contractor experience in similar roles.
