Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of complex product liability, mass tort, class action matters, and commercial litigation matters
• Draft and argue motions, conduct legal research, and manage discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Participate in case strategy, client counseling, and trial preparation
• Work closely with experienced partners on high-profile litigation matters

Requirements

• 2-8 years of litigation experience
• Product liability experience preferred, but strong commercial litigation backgrounds will be considered
• Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
• Licensed in Georgia or eligible for admission
