What you’ll do
Build and lead a high-performing Product Management team
Scale and evolve Faire’s core value programs into durable growth engines
Strengthen and scale the core operational systems that power wholesale purchasing
Make value programs intuitive and seamlessly integrated into the retailer journey
Operate with GM-level economic ownership across the portfolio
Identify and validate new growth opportunities within the Value pillar
Qualifications
Exceptional product instincts – A world-class product thinker who consistently designs simple, compelling experiences that change customer behavior. Holds a high bar for quality, clarity, and usability in high-impact flows, demonstrates strong creative judgment, and makes sharp trade-offs between completeness, simplicity, and speed.
Leadership – Leads through constant change and ambiguity, keeping teams highly motivated through ups and downs. Strikes the right balance between shielding the team and creating accountability for success.
Data-driven and analytical – Can break down complex economic and operational systems into their component parts and use data and logic to accurately diagnose root causes. Demonstrates fluency in unit economics, margin drivers, and capital constraints, and uses data effectively to inform strategic decisions.
Sought after manager, mentor, and coach – Proven track record of hiring, developing, and retaining world-class product managers and managers of product managers. Past direct reports are passionate about working with them.
Growth mindset – Willing to accept feedback and seek ways to get better every day.
Relentlessly resourceful – Won’t quit and is hungry to do whatever it takes to make an impact on the community. Is willing to get their hands dirty and dive into the details to help their teams overcome obstacles.
Strategic thinking and business acumen – Makes clear, well-reasoned calls to prioritize work that creates customer value and drives business impact. Synthesizes customer, financial, and operational inputs into product strategy. Strong intuition for when to pursue incremental improvements vs. taking larger swings.

Excellent communicator – Distills complex technical and economic decisions into simple, concise language to drive decision-making.

Pay Range
San Francisco, CA: The pay range for this role is $304,000 - $418,000 per year.
This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors, including transferable skills, work experience, market demand, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Specific Workplace and Information Technology positions may require onsite attendance 5 days per week as will be indicated in the job posting.
