Responsibilities
Own the product vision and roadmap for no-touch underwriting solutions, including development of risk selection criteria, policy language, underwriting guidelines, and pricing methodology.
Partner with IT team to identify necessary system integrations and AI capabilities for a seamless quoting experience.
Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, user feedback, and strategic alignment.
Monitor production results, conversion trends, and profitability.
Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external distribution partners.
Support Line of Business leader to prioritize projects and initiatives that support the organization's strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; AU or CPCU strongly preferred.
- 10+ years Commercial P&C underwriting experience, including 3+ years in E&S; prior Product Development or Portfolio ownership preferred.
- Demonstrated success designing underwriting programs and partnering with actuarial/data analytics.
