Product Lead - Investor Engagement
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid). Based in the New York office for a minimum of three days a week, with flexibility to work from home for part of the working week.

The Senior Product Lead – Investor Engagement is a key senior position accountable for leading the Global Investor Engagement product experience to enhance the growth, definition, and direction of our Investor Relations products and services. The role is responsible for setting the strategy and evolution of the initiative within the Issuer Services Registry team.
The primary responsibilities include managing interactions between senior business stakeholders, solution architects, and implementation teams to define features and capabilities with a focus on end-user and growth outcomes. The role owns the full lifecycle of the primary vision for the Investor Engagement Business, overseeing development and management of product, service, and channel roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business and technology group strategies.
The role ensures product and service evolution impacts Global Investor Engagement’s financial and budgetary goals through alignment of revenue opportunities and cost reductions. It promotes a culture of innovation with a relentless focus on the client end-user, both directly within the team and indirectly across the organization. This senior position within the Product and Innovation team leads how the practice integrates with other intra-company disciplines and promotes toolsets and methodologies. The role interacts with and influences teams across Computershare and reports directly to the Head of Product.
Responsibilities
- Set the vision and strategic direction of our US Issuer Client products and service suite, and how channels support the customers they serve.
- Ensure the vision and direction of products, services, and channels align with the company’s financial goals.
- Identify new products, features, ideas, models, and channels for consideration, including disruptive opportunities within the US markets.
- Ensure product and channel initiative outputs flow into our agile delivery model.
- Promote a culture of innovation across regions to drive customer-focused direction of products, services, and channels.
- Document business cases, including financial and usage forecasting and ROI metrics.
- Provide regular product and channel metrics within US, UCIA, and ANZ Registry reporting to key stakeholders, including Client Management, Operations, Development, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Product Management experience and leadership.
- Experience with Product Management Strategy, including buyer-persona targeting, user journey creation, development and communication, go-to-market planning, and enablement.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Pay
The typical base pay range for this role in New York is $166K - $240K USD. This range is specific to the New York location and may not apply to other regions.
