Product Engagement Lead

Responsibilities

• Help develop and maintain Squarespace's flexible work policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the Squarespace platform supports flexible work arrangements
• Contribute to the design and implementation of tools and processes that enhance employee well-being and satisfaction
• Support the creation and maintenance of engaging office spaces that foster a sense of community
• Engage with employees to gather feedback and improve the overall employee experience
• Develop and implement strategies to increase employee engagement and retention

Requirements

• Experience in human resources, organizational development, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Understanding of flexible work policies and their impact on employee satisfaction and productivity
• Knowledge of employee benefits and wellness programs
• Experience in creating and maintaining engaging office spaces

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing flexible work policies
• Experience in designing and implementing employee engagement and retention strategies
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Skills
