  • Define and articulate the long-term vision, strategy, and success metrics for the OmniHub product portfolio, ensuring alignment with SCUS organizational priorities and technology strategy.
  • Lead a unified product strategy across digital fundraising, marketing, and data platforms to maximize cross-channel engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Build strong partnerships with senior business and technology stakeholders to translate business needs into high impact product outcomes.

  • Champion data-informed decision-making, user-centered design, and continuous innovation across the digital fundraising and data ecosystem.
  • Ensure product roadmaps remain aligned with organizational goals, business priorities, and evolving technology strategy.

Strategic Leadership

  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand priorities, challenges, and opportunities where technology can accelerate impact across competing demands.
  • Assess and prioritize requests based on strategic alignment, return on investment, and delivery effort, ensuring scarce resources are focused on the highest value initiatives.
  • Make transparent, data-driven tradeoffs across competing needs, balancing near-term demands with long-term strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate alignment and governance discussions to establish shared clarity on scope, timelines, and delivery expectations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business partners, ensuring product strategies advance SCUS’s mission and fundraising growth goals.
  • Enable effective decision-making by aligning product team capacity with organizational priorities to deliver meaningful, high-impact outcomes.

Stakeholder Partnership & Prioritization

  • Lead and empower Agile teams to define clear outcomes, success measures, and value metrics for each initiative.
  • Ensure consistent application of Agile and product management best practices, fostering accountability, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with Solution Delivery Managers (Scrum Masters) to drive effective sprint planning, backlog refinement, and cross-team coordination.
  • Monitor product performance and adoption, ensuring solutions deliver measurable, sustained organizational impact.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and shared accountability within and across product teams.
  • Advocate for product-led, user-centered approaches to problem-solving across the organization.
  • Partner with BTS leadership to scale best practices in product management, stakeholder engagement, and outcome measurement.

Communication & Transparency

  • Serve as the primary point of communication between business stakeholders and the OmniHub Product Team, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation, including the OmniHub Center of Excellence (CoE) and related Confluence/Jira assets, to provide visibility into strategy, priorities, and accomplishments.
  • Deliver regular, structured updates to stakeholders, clearly communicating progress, risks, and changes with credibility and consistency.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into concise, accessible narratives tailored for business audiences.
  • Build trust and confidence through transparent communication, setting clear delivery expectations and celebrating team successes.
