For a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space, we are seeking a Product Lead to drive technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation in chronic condition management. This role collaborates across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions.

About the role

You will own the product strategy and roadmap for chronic condition management, identify market opportunities, and lead high-impact initiatives from discovery to post-launch optimization. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for chronic condition management
  • Proactively identify market opportunities and strategic gaps
  • Lead high-impact initiatives from discovery to post-launch optimization
  • Mentor associate and mid-level PMs, enhancing team performance
  • Draft clear product strategy documents and business cases for alignment
  • Set KPIs and prioritize roadmap based on member outcomes
  • Collaborate with Commercial to create B2B2C product experiences

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management experience with minimal oversight
  • Proven experience designing engagement strategies that lead to behavior change
  • Expertise in chronic condition management and relevant clinical regulations
  • Understanding of medication access and reimbursement processes
  • Experience mentoring product managers and driving quality across teams
  • Ability to navigate complex problem spaces and build stakeholder consensus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presence

Pay

$180,000 – $220,000 annually

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
