About the role
Product managers are responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and features of a product. They gather and prioritize product requirements, and work closely with UX, engineering, delivery, practices, sales, and marketing to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and feature definition.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, engineering, delivery, practices, sales, and marketing) to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
- Support ADOT or government stakeholders with regulatory and operational considerations.
- Drive cross-functional delivery, prioritize backlogs, and align business goals with technology.
Requirements
- 2+ years in product management with ownership of roadmap and delivery strategy.
- Experience supporting ADOT or government stakeholders with regulatory and operational considerations.
- Strong ability to drive cross-functional delivery, prioritize backlogs, and align business goals to technology.

Pay
The compensation range for this position in the U.S. is $79,920 to $152,160 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. Part-time roles will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city, or local minimum wage requirement.
Different compensation ranges apply for specific work locations:
- California (San Francisco Bay Area): $95,880 to $182,520
- California (All Other): $87,960 to $167,400
- Colorado: $79,920 to $152,160
- Massachusetts: $79,920 to $167,400
- New York City: $95,880 to $182,520
- Washington: $87,960 to $167,400
- Washington DC: $87,960 to $167,400
This position is eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. Sales commission-eligible roles will participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
