Attributes we value

We hire builders with founder-like energy who thrive on impact, accelerated learning, and ownership. You bring strong role-related expertise, sharp thinking, and a mission-driven mindset. You move fast with good judgment, dig deep with curiosity, and make decisions from first principles while balancing speed and rigor. You’re humble, collaborative, and turn zero-to-one ideas into real products with end-to-end execution. You leverage AI to work smarter and solve problems faster. Here, you’ll tackle complex, high-visibility challenges alongside exceptional teammates and grow your career as we shape the future of global banking.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered features and platforms, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Mentor and lead a team of high-impact product managers.
  • Define and champion the product vision and roadmap, balancing long-term innovation with short-term business needs.
  • Partner with engineering, data science, design, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver scalable, secure, and intuitive AI solutions.
  • Drive Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives, including in-product nudges, rewards, cross-sell systems, and lifecycle automation to enhance customer adoption, retention, and revenue generation.
  • Build and ship hands-on AI/ML-powered products (e.g., copilots, agents, chatbots, recommendation systems), not just integrate models into existing flows.
  • Leverage AI-driven technologies and data-driven insights to innovate, improve user experience, and reduce operational friction.
  • Lead the development of customer service and support automation (e.g., bots, self-serve flows, deflection journeys) to deliver intelligent automation across payments, onboarding, and support.
  • Ensure compliance, transparency, and responsible AI practices are embedded in all products, especially in regulated domains like payments, treasury, and cards.
  • Launch products across multiple regions and languages in a fast-paced, global environment, collaborating with local teams to ensure market fit and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience owning core product areas end-to-end for complex, multi-surface products (e.g., platforms, marketplaces, productivity tools), including 0→1 or early-stage products in high-ambiguity environments with a clear builder mindset.
  • Hands-on experience building and shipping AI/LLM-powered products, with deep technical fluency in how modern ML systems are trained, evaluated, deployed, and monitored.
  • Data-driven, growth-oriented problem solver with strong analytical rigor (dashboards, SQL, or product analytics tools) and a track record of running experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to improve activation, adoption, or retention.
  • Builder mindset with strong stakeholder management skills, able to align engineering, data, design, operations, CS, and GTM partners around strategy, roadmap, and execution.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in fintech, payments, treasury, cards, or B2B financial operations, including working within compliance/risk/role-based access constraints.
  • Prior work on growth, lifecycle, or PLG products (e.g., in-product nudges, rewards, cross-sell systems, lifecycle automation).
  • Technical background or prior role in AI/ML, data science, or engineering.
  • Experience building customer service/support automation (e.g., bots, self-serve flows, deflection journeys).
  • Experience launching products across multiple regions and languages in a fast-paced, global environment.
