About the role

The Payments Intelligence organization at Stripe optimizes billions of dollars of transactions annually, helping businesses maximize their revenue while minimizing costs and fraud. As a Product Lead, you'll develop and execute strategies to enhance our intelligence platform, collaborating with various teams to build intuitive features and drive business impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop the long-term vision and strategy for Payments Intelligence products
• Deeply understand user needs through interactions with developers, sales, and support
• Build and launch new capabilities and products that benefit customers
• Set the pace, prioritize, and execute for the team
• Work with a wide range of systems, processes, and technologies to solve technical and product problems
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Operations
• Define product requirements and coach the team on best practices

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant Product Management experience
• 4+ years of experience managing Product Managers
• Strong business acumen and customer/party facing experience
• Operational savvy and analytical horsepower
• Crisp communication and results-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with financial technology or payment processing systems
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Experience with machine learning and data analysis

Pay

The annual US base salary range for this role is $194,800 - $292,200. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
