Product Integration Technician - (Onsite in Swanton, OH)
Join our team at Velocity’s world-class Enterprise Solutions Repair and Logistics Facility as a Product Integration Technician. This role involves configuring, processing, and packaging network, television, and phone devices while maintaining meticulous documentation of all activities. You’ll also provide technical and operational support to clients, customers, and our customer support facility.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM, with rotational Saturdays. Training will be conducted on the 1st shift; after successful completion, you will transition to the assigned shift.
Responsibilities
- Configure, process, and package network, television, and phone devices with a high degree of quality, efficiency, and consistency.
- Adhere to a strict, high-paced schedule to meet all device shipment deadlines.
- Follow best practices for proper device configuration and processing.
- Understand and develop technical information.
- Maintain world-class quality in all configuration and processing efforts while optimizing efficiency and speed.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
- Participate in an accurate inventory control program.
- Provide technical assistance to customer support.
- Keep workstations and areas clean and organized.
- Demonstrate flexibility through cross-training and adaptability in responsibilities.
Requirements
- Intermediate computer and electronics skills.
- Functional ability to use tools and calibration instruments.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation.
- Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and other basic software.
- Clear and concise note-taking ability.
- Ability to contribute to the team while completing individual tasks.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Independent work skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Composure under stress and strong critical thinking for problem-solving.

Qualifications
Preferred: Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
