Product Inspector Team Member

About the role
As a Product Inspector Team Member, you will tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. This role involves preparing, operating, maintaining, and calibrating laboratory and testing equipment while ensuring compliance with established test methods, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform QC/QA testing, conduct calculations, and analyze samples and test data to verify conformance to specifications, identify variability, investigate root causes, and support corrective actions.
- Document and communicate testing results, maintain accurate records, and prepare detailed reports to support quality and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and external testing/regulatory organizations; provide training on testing procedures and equipment usage.
- Maintain a safe, organized laboratory environment while supporting Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) objectives.
- Complete additional duties as assigned, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards.
- Contribute to a strong Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) culture by following safety policies, identifying hazards, and engaging in continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older, in compliance with U.S. labor and safety laws.
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent (completed and verified prior to start).
- One year of experience in a laboratory, quality, manufacturing, testing, calibration, or technical work environment in a private, public, or military setting.
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and record documentation.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Qualifications
- Experience as a Lab Technician, Quality Technician, or in a similar technical role.
- Experience performing testing, sample analysis, and following documented test methods.
- Experience using, maintaining, and/or performing calibration of laboratory or testing equipment.
- Experience with Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) processes, documentation, and recordkeeping.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $24.64/hr. to $32.84/hr. This range represents a good faith estimate and may vary based on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
