Product Go to Market Designer
About the role
The Opportunity: We’re looking for a versatile designer who can bridge product thinking, user experience, process visualization, and marketing design. In this role, you will support a growing product and business team by translating ideas, workflows, and product features into clear, compelling visual experiences. The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between UX strategy, workflow mapping, systems thinking, and polished visual design. You should be able to take loosely defined concepts and turn them into intuitive user journeys, process diagrams, wireframes, and customer-facing marketing assets. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support user-centered design initiatives across product and business workflows.
- Translate business requirements into user journeys, workflows, wireframes, and visual concepts.
- Create process maps and end-to-end solution diagrams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify product flows and improve usability.
- Design workflows and interfaces that simplify complex user experiences.
- Convert product capabilities and features into compelling visual assets for marketing and sales.
- Produce polished design materials for presentations, product launches, customer education, and internal alignment.
- Help establish consistency across UX, product, and brand experiences.
- Iterate quickly based on stakeholder and user feedback.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in UX/UI, product design, or business process visualization.
- 1+ years of experience creating user journeys, workflows, wireframes, mockups, and diagrams.
- 1+ years of experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 1+ years of experience supporting SaaS, enterprise software, operational systems, or workflow-heavy products.
- 1+ years of experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Lucidchart, Whimsical, FigJam, and UX research and wireframing tools.
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite and presentation design tools.
- High school diploma or GED.

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).
