How You’ll Make An Impact
You will co-lead complex initiatives end-to-end, from discovery through execution, while collaborating closely with other design partners and stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and advisors.
What You’ll Do
- Design complex end-to-end experiences
- Partner with Senior Product Designers and Product Management
- Own major initiatives from research and discovery through high-fidelity execution and launch
- Design across multiple user types (advisors, clients, operations)
- Ensure solutions account for downstream workflows and service realities
- Optimize for the service, not just the surface — designing with operational clarity, advisor workflows, and client communication in mind
- Bring human signals into the product
- Design high-trust experiences for sensitive financial moments such as onboarding, account transfers, and money movement
- Apply and evolve design patterns thoughtfully
- Leverage Savvy’s design system and established interaction patterns to create cohesive experiences
- Actively incorporate AI tools into your workflow to accelerate exploration, prototyping, research synthesis, and iteration
Research and Discovery
- Conduct user research with financial advisors and internal stakeholders using appropriate methods (i.e. user interviews, surveys, card sorting, etc.)
- Translate research insights into clear product recommendations and design decisions
