Product Finisher, Jeup

Responsibilities

• Create heirloom quality furniture matching finish masters through the application of a wide range of hand wood finishing techniques, including bleach, hand stain, seal, glaze, shade, rub, topcoat and wax
• Maintain quality and safety standards with all shop and finishing equipment
• Continuously identify and help implement processes and procedures that improve overall quality and safety

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in wood finishing
• Experience with spray stain, wipe stain, glaze, shading, topcoat and lacquer applications is highly preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
• Exceptional communication skills with all members of the team
• Read, analyze, and interpret written information, including engineering drawings
• Proven capability in navigating accelerated projects, within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
